As you are aware, Brokerage on KYC non complied / No PAN folios will be withheld, in line with the applicable regulatory guidelines. You may also be aware that while some of the AMCs have already implemented this, some are in the process to implement the same.

As a distributor support initiative, we thought of sharing the underlying process for your perusal so as to support you with seamless KYC / PAN remediation.

1. How to fetch KYC not compliant list from Karvy?

Step 1: Get into distributor login on
Step 2: Provide the login credentials
Step 3: Place a request for MFSD 247 Special report(Mail Back Report), KYC Non-Compliant list to fetch the list of all non-complied folios across all AMCs served by Karvy.

2. How to remediate these folios?

As per the data fetched, you have to take up the remediation at KRA level, for all the holders and share the same at AMC level.

3. KYC status in KRA website for a given PAN can be “KYC Registered – New KYC” but the folio can still be part of withheld data. This might be owing to –
